Privacy

The booking form. When you click “Send my request”, the details you enter are sent to JB TRANSPORT: name, phone, email if given, pick-up and drop-off addresses, one way or return, date, time, passengers, wheelchair need, flight number, details and, when available, the estimated distance and price. The wheelchair answer is only used to plan a suitable vehicle. They are used only to answer your request and organise the ride. The message is delivered by Web3Forms, acting on our behalf; according to its privacy policy, it may keep submissions for up to three years and uses technical providers partly outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses. The site itself keeps no database of requests.
Addresses and distance. On booking pages, the characters typed in the address fields are sent to Google (Google Maps Platform) to suggest addresses and estimate the distance, together with technical data such as your IP address, under Google’s own privacy rules, including in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button opens Meta’s app with a prefilled message; the exchange is then governed by WhatsApp’s terms.
Legal bases and retention. Handling your request relies on pre-contractual measures taken at your request; audience measurement relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Requests without follow-up are kept for at most three years after our last exchange; billing documents for completed rides are kept for ten years, as required by law; audience data for at most 14 months.
Your rights. You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, and for restriction, objection or portability where these rights apply, by writing to JB TRANSPORT. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.
